Are you insured and bonded?

Yes, we are insured and bonded. The safety of our customers and cleaning teams is very important to us.

Are you available in my area?

DeluxeMaid is currently available in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Please give us a call if you are not sure whether you fall into our catchment area.

What is your 100% guarantee?

If you are not happy with your service, just let us know and we will send a team of cleaners back to make it right.

What is a Deep Clean or Move In/Out clean?

A deep clean is for first-time customers or customers who haven't had their home professionally cleaned in the last three months. A Move In/Out service is for when you are moving into or out of a new place. Please check out our "Services" page at the top for information on specific tasks.

Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

No, absolutely not! It's your decision to stick around or go out and take advantage of the free time. Just leave us a key and we'll get your house cleaned! DeluxeMaid is here to make your life easier.

Do I get the same cleaner each time?

Everyone likes routine and consistency, and so do we. For all regular customers, we try and connect you with a regular cleaner. Although, due to the popularity of some of our teams, this may not always be the case.

What don’t you clean?

To protect our teams, we cannot clean homes with biohazards, such as animal waste and insect/rodent cleanup. We also do not offer wiping of light bulbs, resurfacing/waxing/refinishing of floors, bulky furniture moving or large-scale trash disposal. Our cleaners are not equipped with stepladders, so we don't clean from a height.

How do I contact you?

Contact us via chat in the bottom right of this screen, by phone (317) 721-1105 or email (contact@deluxemaid.com). You can set up a booking by giving us a call, or if you have all you need, you can book through our website by clicking 'book now' at the top of this page.

How do I book?

On the DeluxeMaid homepage, click on the 'book now' button and follow the simple online booking process, which only takes a minute.

How late notice can my booking be?

We will try our best to facilitate bookings up to an hour before you need a cleaner. Just give us a call or book as normal and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a phone call if we can arrange a service for you. If we can’t we will let you know and you won’t be charged.

How many people will come to clean my house?

One professional cleaner is our standard. However, we may send a team of two or three people when the job is very large.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes, of course, you can do so through logging in to your account. Please note that we charge a $40 cancellation fee for cancellations after 5pm on the day before your booking, so please cancel with plenty of time to spare.

Who are your cleaners?

All of our teams are professional, career cleaners who love to clean. Each one is carefully vetted, background-checked and are highly rated by other DeluxeMaid customers.

Can I tip my cleaner?

You can! It is entirely up to you.

Prices and Billing

How do I pay?

We accept credit or debit card through our online payment system provided by Stripe. All payments are processed through a fully secure 256 bit protocol.

In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security.

When is payment taken for services rendered?

Payment is taken the next working day after your appointment.

What is the cost of your service?

Click on the “Services and Pricing” page above to see our pricing. Our pricing is very simple and is based on the number of rooms in your home. The total cost will be shown before you book, and there are no hidden fees or contracts.

Referral Scheme and Gift Vouchers

How do I refer a friend and how much do we both get?

Referring a friend is easy, just send an email to support@deluxemaid.com, and CC your chosen friend(s). We will reply explaining our service and if they sign up and make a booking, you both get $20 off!

How do I redeem a gift voucher?

You’ll have an opportunity to enter any voucher codes during the booking process and before you enter any payment details.
